Small groups

Company for the work

Some things are easier to change alongside other people. Groups are small, unhurried, and made up of people each working on their own thing.

Who groups are for

Open to anyone who wants company for it

Groups form around a shared circumstance rather than a shared diagnosis or a shared job. Caring for someone. A season that has asked a great deal of you. A schedule that never quite cooperates. A change you have been meaning to make for a while.

Everyone arrives with a story. The situation is what you have in common — which means nobody has to explain it to you. What stays yours is the goal, the pace, and the next step.

No prior wellness knowledge is needed, and there is nothing you have to be ready for beforehand.

The eight weeks

Gentle, and in an order that makes sense

Weeks 1–2

What health means to you, and an honest look at the week you actually have.

Weeks 3–4

Rest and energy — what restores them, and what quietly drains them.

Weeks 5–6

Eating rhythm, stress, and the transition between the day and the evening.

Weeks 7–8

Support, identity, and what will still be holding after the group ends.

Before joining

A short conversation first

Everyone has a private twenty-minute conversation before joining. It is not an interview. I am simply making sure a group is the right setting for what you are carrying, and that nothing present would be better served by individual or specialist support first.

Groups are forming. Adding your name simply means I will let you know when one opens. There is nothing to pay and nothing to commit to.
